A winter incentive rooted in Italian excellence

To start the year, the Incentive Concept team designed and delivered an immersive incentive experience in Northern Italy, combining authentic gastronomy, iconic craftsmanship and legendary automotive heritage.

From Monaco to Emilia-Romagna, this tailor-made journey was conceived as a true exploration of Italian savoir-faire, blending cultural discovery with emotional, hands-on experiences.

DAY 1 – From Monaco to Modena, via Genoa

Departure from Monaco by road, with a first stop in Gênes, the birthplace of pesto.

Lunch was organised in a renowned local restaurant, offering a true introduction to Ligurian cuisine through freshly prepared pasta al pesto, enjoyed in an authentic setting.

The journey continued towards Modena, with arrival in the late afternoon. After some free time at the hotel, the group enjoyed a short evening walk through the historic centre before gathering for dinner in a traditional Modenese restaurant.

On the menu:

  • focaccia and local charcuterie,
  • Parmigiano Reggiano,
  • iconic tortellini ricotta e spinaci, celebrating the region’s culinary identity.

DAY 2 – Gastronomy, culture & Ferrari legend

After breakfast, departure for a private visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano production site, the Caseificio dell’Emilia, located near Modena.

The guided tour offered a behind-the-scenes look at the production process, followed by a tasting session allowing guests to compare different ageing stages — a true educational and sensory experience, completed by a visit to the on-site boutique.

Back in Modena, a private guided tour of the city revealed its rich history and refined atmosphere. Lunch was organised in a well-known local pizzeria, featuring traditional Modenese-style pizzas accompanied by fresh salads.

In the afternoon, the group headed to Maranello for a guided visit of the Museo Ferrari, including driving simulators — a highlight for automotive enthusiasts and a powerful emotional moment for the group.

The day concluded with a return to the hotel, some free time for shopping or relaxation, followed by a refined gastronomic dinner.

DAY 3 – Balsamic tradition & hands-on culinary experience

Following breakfast, the group visited a traditional producer of Aceto Balsamico di Modena, discovering the ageing process and unique heritage behind this emblematic product. A guided tasting allowed guests to fully appreciate the complexity of this Italian treasure.

The experience continued with a private cooking class, led by a local chef, during which participants prepared:

  • handmade tortellini ricotta e spinaci,
  • fresh tagliatelle with traditional ragù,
  • sauces crafted from scratch, following authentic techniques.

The programme ended with a shared lunch, tasting the dishes prepared together — a convivial and memorable moment — before departing for the return journey to Monaco.
