A strategic international event to strengthen our Formula 1® hospitality expertise.

A must-attend event to close the year

For the final race of the Formula 1® World Championship, the Incentive Concept team travelled to Abu Dhabi, at the heart of the spectacular Yas Marina Circuit.

Attending this iconic Grand Prix allowed us to:

  • stay at the forefront of hospitality innovation
  • further develop our expertise for the Monaco Grand Prix,
  • strengthen our international partner network,
  • observe the premium standards implemented at the world’s leading sporting events.

What we explored on site

During this trip, our team had the opportunity to:

  • preview 2026 hospitality innovations,
  • meet with key partners and international suppliers,
  • analyse the most exclusive VIP concepts (private suites, rooftops, paddock experiences),
  • observe corporate hospitality formats designed for business groups,
  • enhance our monitoring of F1® best practices applied at a major Grand Prix.

This work is essential to ensuring that our clients benefit from an ever more seamless, exclusive and memorable Monaco Grand Prix corporate hospitality experience.

Why this presence matters for our clients

Taking part in international events such as the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix allows us to offer our clients:

  • constantly updated expertise,
  • a clear understanding of international VIP standards,
  • the ability to anticipate corporate group expectations,
  • enhanced mastery of the Formula 1® hospitality experience.

Each trip directly feeds into our future projects — particularly our Monaco Grand Prix hospitality programmes developed with Destination Grand Prix.

A strong moment for the team

Beyond the professional dimension, this final race of the F1® season was also a valuable moment of internal cohesion.

Sharing a passion for motorsport, experiencing the intensity of the circuit and discovering new hospitality trends together was a powerful way to close 2025 and begin 2026 with ambition.
